Hats, Hats, Hats

Here's a few of the hats I've made this month for commission. I've had to model a couple of them because the customer was not around for me to snap a shot.

I really like this design and plan on continuing to improve it. It has it all, really, it is a scarf, a hood, and a sleepy hat. Complete with tassels and pom pom! There is so much going on! I tried to incorporate my customer's favorite colors: red, purple, and yellow.

My boyfriend's brother requested a Dodgers slouchy hat. This was my first attempt at knitting letters and I think I've got a few things figured out for whenever I have a go at it next.

This is just a plain, ole, regular ole, beanie. I LOVE the yarn I used for this, Caron's Simply Soft is just what it says, a basic yarn for a variety of projects but also extremely soft.

  1. When I get the time I am going to try out a few different ways of making it. And where I used doubled up yarn the tail is heavy so I'll have to fix that too. But Anastasia loved it, so that's good.
