| The fabric was so hard after being painted I needed band-aids to pull the needle through. Eventually I got pliers. |

| According to folk tales if you are lost in the wilderness and spot a praying mantis you can ask it which way to go and it will lift its leg in the right direction. |

| My weird little faery. So there is a little taste of my week spent at the Hopscotch House. It was a wonderful time and I met wonderful people. I am really glad I was given the opportunity to spend a week out in the woods making art , reading and hanging out with amazing women. There was also some nice wine and good food involved, always a plus. |
