Pictures!!! Finally!

In all the moving confusion it seems I have lost my camera cord. And the only cord that works with my camera is a Kodak one, I was already on my second one. But anyways I have pictures now. So here are a few from the Hopscotch House.
The Hopscotch House

My bedroom, so cute!

The sun coming in the window in the morning was wonderful.

I loved this chair!
Painted fabric for the log of my quilt

The sky, log, and ground. All hand-painted.

The little mouse bodies!

Outside studio space.

The outside studio was so adorable.

The fabric was so hard after being painted I needed band-aids to pull the needle through.  Eventually I got pliers.

According to folk tales if you are lost in the wilderness and spot a praying mantis you can ask it which way to go and it will lift its leg in the right direction.

I went for a barefoot walk in the labyrinth and was stung by a bee.
Bee sting, days later, purple and itchy.

So many wonderful animals were running about around the House.

There was a graveyard in the middle of the trail.

This little faery inspired us to make our own, unfortunately we didn't have hot glue guns.

A friend made this little faery bug.

My weird little faery.

So there is a little taste of my week spent at the Hopscotch House. It was a wonderful time and I met wonderful people. I am really glad I was given the opportunity to spend a week out in the woods making art , reading and hanging out with amazing women. There was also some nice wine and good food involved, always a plus.
